CreVibe (referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered tools that enable Users to generate, edit, and customize multimedia content, including images, videos, and animations. We act as the data controller and process your Personal Data to operate our AI models, deliver our Services, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Data when you use the Platform.

3.1. Information You Provide Directly
When you visit CreVibe's website, we automatically collect Website Usage Data, including the date and time of your visit, session duration, referral source, search terms, clickstream data, and device information (device type, browser, operating system, and plugins).
We process this information to facilitate website functionality, analyze site performance, identify and resolve errors, enhance user experience, ensure system security, prevent abuse, and conduct trend analysis. Additionally, aggregated or pseudonymized data may be used for marketing purposes, such as serving personalized ads.
3.2. Automatically or Indirectly
If you choose to submit information directly to CreVibe—for example, during account registration, purchase, or customer support inquiries—we may process Account Data (name, email, gender, age, image, address, phone, company, etc.), Transaction Data (billing details, subscription information, payment confirmations), Comment Data, support communications, and any other information you provide.
This data is used to create and manage your account, authenticate licenses, provide customer support, fulfill orders, manage billing, deliver in-product messages, and improve our services. Note that payment information is handled exclusively by certified third-party processors and is not stored or processed by CreVibe.
3.3. Information from Third Parties
When you use CreVibe's products, we process your product serial number, Product Usage Data (feature usage, click patterns, login records), and Product Installation Data (device details, username, CreVibe ID, IP address, location, logs, and file attributes). If a crash occurs, file data is accessed only with your explicit consent.
These processes help us facilitate and verify product usage, analyze crashes, improve user experience, provide customer support, deliver relevant promotional messages, and fulfill contractual obligations.
3.4. Sensitive Personal Information
We may collect limited categories of sensitive information, such as account login details, payment tokens, and geolocation data. This information is used only to provide secure services, process transactions, and prevent fraud. We do not use sensitive data for purposes beyond what is necessary to deliver our services unless you give explicit consent.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or sell the Personal Information of children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 may have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.
For California residents between 13 and 16 years of age, we will not "sell" or "share" their Personal Data without affirmative authorization (opt-in consent), as required by the CCPA/CPRA.
